|Recommended: YesAmazing Experience — This process was the most seamless. We relocated from Oxon hill MD to here this process started for us over 3 months ago. Amber was beyond helpful between emails and follow up calls. Move in day was seamless amber walked our unit and put in tickets on our behalf for the necessary repairs. She took photos and informed us of all changes and upcoming events. Maintenance is very effective with a response time of 24 hours if it's not urgent. Which compared to where we came from is amazing. The unit was clean and the layout reflected to unit we viewed months back with very little difference. The kitchen is amazing it's my favorite place. I'm happy to call Flora park my home.

|Recommended: YesHappy New Tenant — I have only been a resident for a week. But so far the experience has been great. the office staff were super nice. Even when it did not look like I was going to get approved, they still treated me kindly. All my questions and concerns were dealt with immediately. The complex so far has been super quiet, which I appreciate. The parking rules and taking my trash out will take a little getting use to. LOL
